We only refund or replace items that are defective or damaged. Should this occur please take a photo of the product and notify us by email to twosistersuniquegifts@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. Upon reviewing your submission we will determine if a refund or replacement is warranted. (Please note that sale items will be refunded at the price paid by the customer.)

We will then, at your choice, issue you a full refund or replace the product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your photo of the damaged product is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your request.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
